Thank you for choosing to be part of our community at Praxis Careers LLC, doing business as Praxis (“Praxis,” “we,” “us,” “our“). We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have any questions or concerns about this privacy notice, or our practices with regard to your personal information, please contact us at info@joinpraxis.com.
This privacy notice describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit our website https://joinpraxis.com (the “Website“), enroll in or inquire about our programs, sign up to receive text messages, or otherwise use any of our services (collectively, the “Services“). Please read this privacy notice carefully. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue use of our Services immediately.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us
In Short: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us.
We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when you enroll in a program, express interest in our programs, sign up for email or text-message updates, contact us, or otherwise interact with the Services. The personal information we collect may include:
  • Contact and identity data: your first and last name, date of birth, email address, phone/mobile number, and mailing address (street address, city, state, and postal code).
  • Enrollment data: the information you provide on our enrollment form, including how you heard about us and the program and cohort start date you select.
  • Payment data: the name, email, and billing details (including card information, billing country, and ZIP code) provided at checkout. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); card numbers are collected and stored by the processor, and we do not store full card numbers ourselves.
  • Communications data: the content of, and information contained in, communications you send or exchange with us, including emails, text (SMS/MMS) messages, phone calls, chat, form submissions, survey responses, and posts in our community, along with related metadata such as the date, time, and phone number or email address involved.
All personal information you provide must be true, complete, and accurate, and you must notify us of any changes.
Information automatically collected
In Short: Some information, such as your IP address and browser/device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our Website.
When you visit, use, or navigate the Website, we automatically collect certain information that does not necessarily reveal your specific identity but may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, and information about how and when you use our Website. We collect this information through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
  • Log and usage data: service-related, diagnostic, usage, and performance information our servers automatically collect.
  • Device data: information about the computer, phone, tablet, or other device you use to access the Website.
  • Location data: approximate location derived from your IP address. You can limit this by adjusting your device settings.

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We process your information to provide and improve our Services, communicate with you, comply with law, and, with your consent, to market to you.
We use the personal information we collect or receive to:
  • Deliver and manage the Services, including enrollment, program delivery, and support.
  • Process and manage your program enrollment, payments, and refunds.
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Send you administrative information, such as changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
  • Send you marketing and promotional communications by email, where permitted, consistent with your preferences. You can opt out at any time.
  • Send you text (SMS/MMS) messages where you have opted in (see Section 3).
  • Protect the Services, including fraud monitoring and prevention.
  • Comply with our legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

3. MOBILE MESSAGING (SMS/TEXT) PROGRAM

In Short: If you opt in, we send you text messages. Your consent is never required to purchase, you can opt out anytime, and we never share your mobile opt-in or consent data with anyone for their own marketing.
Consent. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (for example, by checking an SMS consent box on a form, replying to a subscription request, or otherwise affirmatively agreeing), you consent to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (such as program updates, enrollment reminders, account alerts, and offers) from or on behalf of Praxis at the mobile number you provide. Consent is obtained through a clear opt-in action that you take; we do not add anyone to our messaging program without that action.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt in to the messaging program to make any purchase or to enroll in any program. Your participation is completely voluntary.
Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for any charges or fees your wireless carrier imposes. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any Praxis text message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation, after which we will stop sending messages unless you opt in again.
Help. For help, reply HELP to any Praxis text message, email info@joinpraxis.com, or call (423) 218-3159.
Carrier disclaimer. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
No sharing of mobile opt-in or consent data. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or text-messaging consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share this information only with the service providers (such as our messaging platform) that help us operate the messaging program on our behalf, and only as needed to deliver the Service. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Full Mobile Terms of Service
The Praxis mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by Praxis. Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
By consenting to the Praxis SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Praxis through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if that number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., enrollment updates, account alerts). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers.
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchase, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Praxis. Your participation is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details.
You may opt out of the Service at any time. Reply with the single keyword command STOP to any Praxis text message, or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate them. If you have subscribed to other Praxis mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions in their respective mobile terms.
For Service support or assistance, reply HELP to any Praxis text message or email info@joinpraxis.com.
We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, that you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received, and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

4. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

In Short: We may use cookies and similar technologies to collect and store information.
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixels), including for analytics and advertising. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can usually set your browser to remove or reject cookies, though this may affect certain features. To opt out of interest-based advertising, visit https://www.aboutads.info/choices/.

5. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

In Short: We share information with service providers who help us operate, with affiliated Libertas Network brands for cross-promotional marketing (email only, and you can opt out), when required by law, or in a business transfer, and never your SMS consent or mobile opt-in data.
We may share your personal information in the following situations:
  • Service providers. We share data with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services for us, such as payment processing, data analysis, email and SMS delivery, hosting, and customer service, under contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only to provide services to us.
  • Affiliated brands (Libertas Network). Praxis is part of the Libertas Network family of brands. From time to time we share certain contact information, specifically your name and email address, with other Libertas Network brands so they can send you their own marketing and promotional communications about products, programs, or services that may interest you. Once shared, those brands may market to you directly and will handle your information under their own privacy policies. We do not share your phone number, mobile opt-in status, or SMS/text-messaging consent with affiliated brands for their marketing. You can opt out of this cross-brand email sharing at any time (see Section 8), and every affiliated brand’s marketing email will also include its own unsubscribe option.
  • Legal obligations and protection of rights. We may disclose information to comply with applicable law, governmental requests, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Praxis, our users, or others.
  • Business transfers. We may share or transfer information in connection with a merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition.
We do not sell your personal information for money. Depending on your state, our sharing of your name and email with affiliated brands for their own marketing may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under applicable privacy laws, and you have the right to opt out (see Section 8). As stated in Section 3, we never share your mobile opt-in or SMS consent data with any third party or affiliate for marketing purposes.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). When we no longer have a legitimate need to process your information, we will delete or anonymize it, or securely store and isolate it where deletion is not immediately possible.

7. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission or storage method is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You access the Services at your own risk.

8. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information or targeted advertising. Residents of California (under the CCPA/CPRA) and of other U.S. states with comprehensive privacy laws (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Texas) have these rights, subject to the specifics of each law.
Opt out of cross-brand sharing (“Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information”). As described in Section 5, we share your name and email with affiliated Libertas Network brands for their own marketing. To opt out of this sharing, email us at info@joinpraxis.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share” (or “Opt out of affiliate sharing”). Once you opt out, we will stop sharing your information with affiliated brands for their marketing going forward. This opt-out does not affect brands that already received your information before your request; to stop their communications, use the unsubscribe link in their emails or contact them directly.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@joinpraxis.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law and may need to verify your identity before acting. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
If we rely on your consent to process your information, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior processing.

9. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. No uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals has been finalized, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. If a standard is adopted in the future, we will update this notice.

10. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

In Short: Yes, we update this notice as needed to stay compliant with relevant laws.
We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Last updated” date and is effective as soon as it is accessible. For material changes, we may notify you more directly. We encourage you to review this notice periodically.
